Vacancy: Business Development Executive

FT/PT: Part-time c. 20 hours per week, opportunity to become full-time with growth

Contract Term: Permanent

Hours: Flexible around role requirements, usual daily attendance Monday – Friday 

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000pa, pro rata, depending on experience

In this role, you'll be instrumental in generating new business and nurturing key customer relationships within our innovation-focused property portfolio. Your day-to-day activities will include prospecting through various channels, managing inbound inquiries, achieving occupancy and revenue targets, and collaborating with marketing for targeted campaigns.

We're looking for individuals with a knack for building strong relationships, adaptability, and excellent communication skills. Previous experience in delivering top-notch customer service in commercial environments, along with a background in sales and business development is essential. If you have experience in commercial negotiations, the ability to structure deals, and identify strategic opportunities, we want to hear from you.
