Your role as a Chef de Partie:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking Chef de Partie, who has excellent cooking skills, a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, takes pride in their work and who enjoys working in a busy kitchen. You will have a passion for providing high quality food, will enjoy working as part of a team and have proven experience of working with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes.

Hours of work are full time, 36.25 hours per week, working a range of shifts, 5 days out of 7 to be arranged including regular weekends.
