Your role as a Team Leader
We are looking for a talented, ambitious, and passionate Team Leaders to lead our team in delivering exceptional service to our diverse customers across multiple bars and trailers across our campuses University Park or Jubilee Campus.
As the Team Leader you be required to serve a wide range of food and beverages including a variety of cocktails, train and motivate staff and order stock. Other duties will include general cleaning of the Bar and associated areas and cash handling. You will also work with the team to develop ideas for improvements to service and will promote excellent customer service within your team at all times.
As a Team Leader you will lead by example, be inclusive, fair, and respectful and able to adapt to change quickly. Due to candidates being required to move stock and equipment between University sites a full current driving licence is essential for this post.

Positions Available
- Bars Team Leader: Hours of work 35 per week, to be arranged, 5 days out of 7, working anywhere between 10am-midnight including regular weekends for 52 weeks of the year. Flexibility to work a range of shifts will be required.
- Trailers Team Leader: Hours of work 35 per week, to be arranged, 5 days out of 7, working anywhere between 10am-midnight including regular weekends for 52 weeks of the year. Flexibility to work a range of shifts will be required.
The successful candidate for this post will be expected to attend the Estates and Facilities training courses which run Monday to Friday mornings. Further details will be given at interview.
