Salary:  £26,396 to £32,348 per annum (pro-rata if applicable) depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.

Applications are invited for the role of Coordinator within the Academic Unit of Translational Medical Sciences. The purpose of the role is to coordinate, implement, and deliver administration within the Academic Unit, providing support and advice to researchers and academics in the Unit across the range of its activities. You will support a range of tasks within the Academic Unit, including travel booking, diary management, finance, staffing, recruitment and student queries. 

You will have excellent oral and written communication skills along with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once whilst maintaining high attention to detail. You will work as part of an established team of administrators supporting colleagues across Translational Medical Sciences.

This position is offered on a permanent contract. Hours of work are full-time (36.25 hours) ; however applications are also welcome from candidates wishing to work part-time (minimum 29 hours per week).
