We are seeking an enthusiastic team worker to join the Student Experience Team within the School of Veterinary Medicine and Science, based at Sutton Bonington.
The Student Experience Administrator will be a key member of the Veterinary School administration team. The person appointed will provide essential administrative support to the School of Veterinary Medicine and Science, Student Experience Team. The role holder will be required to work closely with the Student Experience Manager, Head of Operations, and academic colleagues to support the successful delivery of the School’s Student Experience Strategy. The role holder will organise their own day-to-day work to meet clear objectives. The role will also provide essential reception duties, dealing with general enquiries from students, staff and visitors.
The post will require flexibility, dynamism, energy and initiative, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and good communication skills. The candidate will be required to be thorough and meticulous in their approach to tasks in order to deliver a high quality professional service to students and staff. Excellent IT skills, including the range of Microsoft applications and internet applications are a requirement and experience of a virtual learning environment would be advantageous.
The post is offered on a permanent, full time (36.25 hours per week) contract. Job share arrangements may be considered.
