Salary:  £22,149 to £24,948 per annum (pro-rata if applicable) depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.

The School of Health Sciences is looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic Administrator, based at the Medical School.  

The successful candidate will be required to support administration processes within School’s activities, with a particular focus on supporting quality and compliance.  This is a wide ranging role and the successful candidate will need to be flexible and confident. You will have some experience of using Office 365, and of using administrative processes to organise and deliver your work. You will have great communication skills, and will work with internal and external stakeholders, providing day to day online and in person administration tasks. 

While this role will principally support our quality and compliance work, the successful candidate will be part of our wider Operations Team and will support the co-ordination of a range of School activities, ensuring accurate, effective completion of essential administration and support across the School.  

This role is based in the Medical School and the building links to Queens Medical Centre. We currently offer the opportunity for hybrid working, enabling our staff to work at home for part of each week if they choose to. 

This position is offered on a permanent basis.  Hours are full time (36.25 hours per week); however applications are also welcome from candidates wishing to work part-time (minimum 29 hours per week).
