Salary:  £22,149 to £24,948 per annum pro-rata depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.

Applications are invited for the role of Administrator within the Academic Unit, Translational Medical Sciences. The purpose of the role is to coordinate, implement, and deliver administration within the Academic Unit across the range of its activities, providing support and advice to the School/hub and its staff and students. You will support a range of administrative tasks within the Academic Unit of Translational Medical Sciences within the School of Medicine, to include a range of administrative duties including travel booking, diary management, finance, staffing, recruitment and student queries. Other reasonable duties commensurate with the grade, motivation and purpose of the post may be requested. You will be expected to work flexibly to support the Professional Services across the School.

You will have excellent oral and written communication skills along with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once whilst maintaining high attention to detail.

This position is offered on a permanent basis. Hours are part time (21.75 hours per week).
