We are inviting applications for a Postgraduate Education and Student Experience Administrator to join the Education Centre in the School of Medicine.    

We are seeking an enthusiastic team worker who has the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be friendly, proactive, and self-motivated. In addition, the successful candidate will possess excellent planning, organisation and communication skills.  

This role will provide administrative support for a small portfolio of postgraduate taught courses, delivering operations and will be a key contributor to supporting areas in student engagement and experience. The role holder will join the School of Medicine’s postgraduate team while building strong relations with a range of stakeholders, including academic teams and other university departments, supporting the successful delivery of our postgraduate taught courses.  

The postgraduate team supports the School of Medicine’s postgraduate taught courses from recruitment and admissions across the whole student experience through to assessments and graduation. These are varied roles utilising a range of skills.  

The successful candidate will be qualified to GCSE level to include English and Maths (or equivalent) or significant work experience in a similar role with excellent IT skills and proven ability to work to tight deadlines.  

The post is based at the Education Centre, in the Queens Medical Centre at Nottingham, however, you may be asked to travel to other university sites as part of the role. 

The post is based on a permanent, full time (36.25 hours per week) contract. Job share arrangements may be considered.
