INTERNAL VACANCY
This vacancy is open to employees of the University of Nottingham only.
The People Services Team in the School of Medicine is a friendly and welcoming team looking to appoint a People Services Coordinator to cover the remainder of a period of maternity leave until the end of October 2023.
You will provide senior administrative support, managing HR processes within the People Services Team, a key central team in the School of Medicine. You will work through a Business Partner model delivering excellence service to the School. You will be responsible for recruitment and the provision of advice on HR processes. You will also coordinate crucial processes, setting and communicating timelines to ensure each process is managed and completed within the timeframes set by the School/University, managing each process through to completion.
Your ability to be proactive and continually improve will ensure our processes are, lean, effective and deliver an excellent customer service.
Hybrid working available.
The post is offered on a fixed term contract until 31 October 2023. Hours of work are
full-time (36.25 hours per week) ; however applications are also welcome from
candidates wishing to work part-time (minimum 29 hours per week). Please
specify in your application if you wish to work part time and the number of
preferred hours. Job share arrangements may also be considered.

be considered on the basis that prior agreement has been sought from both your
current line manager and the manager of your substantive post, if you are
already undertaking a secondment role.
