Applications are invited for a Teaching Associate in Sport and Exercise Psychology, within the division of Physiology, Pharmacology and Neuroscience, School of Life Sciences, University of Nottingham. 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated person to support teaching in Sport and Exercise Psychology and to be an integral member of the team within an established programme of undergraduate study. 

You will have specific responsibility for identifying the learning needs of students and ensure that the content, methods of delivery and learning materials meet the defined learning objectives of the BSc Sport and Exercise Science course https://www.nottingham.ac.uk/ugstudy/course/Sport-and-Exercise-Science-BSc.

The role holder will maintain a consistently excellent standard of teaching, support student learning that is underpinned by scholarship, contribute to curriculum development and delivery and assessments in the BSc in Sport and Exercise Science. They should also provide high quality academic and pastoral support to students at all levels, along with supervision of final year undergraduate projects in Sport and Exercise Psychology.

The role holder will have experience of delivering undergraduate teaching at Higher Education level and marking and assessment of student work, along with demonstrated success in maintaining an excellent standard of teaching. 

The post is offered on a permanent, full time (36.25 hours per week) contract. However, we are open to discuss flexible working arrangements, and job share arrangements may also be considered.
