Salary:  £42,155 to £53,353 per annum (pro-rata if applicable) depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.

The University is migrating its main Finance, Procurement and Human Resources systems across to Oracle Fusion. We want you to join us on this journey. 

What you will be doing:

You will spend your time consulting with Subject Matter Experts and the wider project team to understand the training requirements for the University. You will be using your previous experience to implement the training strategy and recommend training approaches and learning offerings to a diverse range of users. 

Who you are:

  • You have implemented a training strategy in a previous ERP system
  • You enjoy working with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure an effective training strategy and delivery of training courses
  • You are experienced in working in large scale project implementations
  • You handle change positively, can produce detailed training plans and work well under pressure
  • You easily build relationships with people and enjoy delivering solutions for a wide range of customers

Who we are:

We are the Human Resources team, and we are collaborating with the main project team to ensure there is a robust and effective training strategy for the whole project implementation, which includes Finance, Procurement and Human Resources system modules.
