This is an exciting opportunity for you to apply your passion and expertise in data management, reporting and analysis, as part of the Information Management Team who are responsible for 350 000+ records for alumni, volunteers and donors to the university.
We are recruiting for 2 posts:
1. Working with Nottingham University Business School and their alumni. No line management responsibilities,
2. Working with faculties and departments across the university. Line manager to 1 x Information Management Officer.

As Information Manager you will:
- Select and prepare recipient data for alumni events, surveys, and other communications
- Analyse alumni engagement and other measures to support improved outcomes
- Identify new sources of data and develop import and update processes
- Understand complex requests for information and manage workload
- Work effectively with a range of stakeholders across the university and externally

This role is available on a permanent basis. Hours of work are full-time (36.25 hours); however, applications are also welcome from candidates wishing to work part-time (minimum 21.75 hours per week). About the Campaign & Alumni Relations Office (CARO):
CARO is responsible for generating and coordinating philanthropic and volunteering support for the future development and success of the University.
We bring our global alumni community together through our alumni programme `Connected we Thrive' which provides relevant, beneficial and engaging activities and communications through which alumni can gain professional skills and insights or find personal motivation and inspiration.
Through this activity we build a pool of engaged alumni, willing to advocate for the University, give their time to benefit students, staff or other alumni, or donate financially to support the student experience and world changing research.
