Open-Source Python Programmer (Fixed-term)
You will be a talented Python Developer, with a passion for open-source programming and, preferably, with experience of behavioural sciences (experimental psychology or related field). Your principal work will be to maintain and extend the PsychoPy code and to support users of the application.
You will have experience of open source software development methods and either a background in computer science or a background in experimental psychology. You will have the ability to organise your time effectively and understand the technical and scientific requirements of users. You will have good communication skills to work with users and other developers.

This full-time (36.25 hours per week) post will be offered on a fixed-term contract for a period of 1 year initially. Job share arrangements may be considered.
