The University of Nottingham’s Legal services team provides legal advice and representation to the University via its academic faculties and central and professional service departments, on a wide range of legal matters. Legal Services is part of the Registrar’s department and is a small busy and supportive team

We have an opportunity for an experienced administration assistant to join the team to assist with triaging new enquiries into Legal Services. You will play a key role in the maintenance and upkeep of our In-House case management system, in addition to providing general administrative support to the team.

You must have relevant experience in an office/ administrative environment and a good working knowledge of MS Office. You will need excellent communication skills and the ability to work with staff and external stakeholders of all levels with a professional approach.

The position is available on a permanent, part time basis, for 18 hours per week, working afternoons spread over five days, to fit in with the existing administrative working pattern (although some flexibility may be required  to cover annual leave etc).
