Your role as a Catering Assistant: 

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Catering Assistant to join our team at our Sutton Bonington Campus near Loughborough. Working in either our Mulberry Cafe or in our Costcutter store you will prepare and serve a wide range of food and beverages providing excellent customer service at all times. You will be naturally attentive to customers acknowledging them with a smile, answering queries and suggesting products and services where appropriate. As a key part of our team, you will play a crucial part in our business, helping to create an easy, enjoyable customer experience by delivering a superior service and excellent standards at all times.

Candidates should have experience of working in a similar fast paced food service environment and will have excellent customer service skills.

Hours of work are 36.25 per week working 5 days out of 7 to be arranged on a permanent 52 week per year contract. Flexibility to work a range of shifts will be required.

The successful candidate for this post will be expected to attend the Estates and Facilities training courses which will run each day, Monday to Friday mornings at University Park. Further details will be given at interview.
