Join us at the University of Nottingham Online as a Learning Content Assistant, where you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in engaging subjects and share them with eager learners everywhere. We're seeking a curious and creative individual who approaches their work like a journalist or documentary maker, surfacing the heart of subjects to uncover their stories and bring them to life in engaging learning materials. If you have an affinity with education as well as the ability to create engaging digital content then this is the role for you.

Your Role:

As a Learning Content Assistant, you'll be an investigator, digital creator, and accessibility champion, all rolled into one. Your mission To empathise with our learners and familiarise yourself with the complexity of our course topics on their behalf. You'll use your journalistic instincts and documentary-style approach to craft compelling, accessible, learning content that inspires, educates, and entertains. You will also use a keen eye for detail to test the resulting courses for accuracy. You will work closely with the learning design lead on a project as well as our academic teams.

This post is offered on a permanent, full-time (36.25 hours per week) basis. Job share arrangements may be considered.
