We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join the Faulty of Science hub team. You will be responsible for providing admin support to the Pro Vice Chancellor of Science, and flexible administrative support to the wider Faculty Team.

Your role will require liaison with staff and leaders at all levels of the organisation. You will be an exceptional communicator, who is able to build effective relationships at various levels of seniority. You will be supporting meetings, diary management and overseeing overall administration where required.

You will need to be highly adaptable and flexible, with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure to meet demanding deadlines. Strong organisational skills are essential, along with experience in handling sensitive or confidential issues.

This post is available on a permanent basis. Hours of work are full time (36.25 hours). Job share arrangements may be considered.
