Student Recruitment Support Administrator
We are looking for a Student Recruitment Support Administrator to join the Student Recruitment Support Hub and support in providing a first-class central enquiry and applicant support service throughout the recruitment and admissions cycle.

The Student Recruitment Support Hub is a large team which supports the recruitment of students to the university at undergraduate and postgraduate level. The Hub has responsibility for a range of different areas of work, including enquiry handling, admissions support processes and delivery of recruitment events. Within the Hub, work is divided across the University’s five faculties and the role holder will work predominantly within their faculty sub-team.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and proven experience in a customer focused environment. They should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to demonstrate a high level of computing skill. The ability to prioritise their own workload and work in a team is essential.
This post is a full time, permanent position (36.25 hours). Job share arrangements may be considered.
Currently, in this role you will be required to work on campus for a minimum of 2 days per week and you will work from home for the remainder of the time. The days you work on campus will be determined by your line manager in line with operational requirements. This arrangement is subject to change over the course of your employment and you will be required to work at whatever location is decided by the university.
The role requires occasional evening and weekend work, including a requirement to work a minimum of 4 Saturdays per year to support the delivery of recruitment events. Paid overtime or time off in lieu will be offered for any additional hours worked during evenings and weekends. Please also note that during the summer there are also some restrictions on when annual leave can be taken to coincide with A level results day, and further weekend working may also be required.
