Cleaner Lakeside (Part Time/ Weekend Posts)

Salary: £24,084 to £24,701 per annum based on a 36.25-hour contract / pro rata if applicable. Posts initially offered at minimum salary point £12.78 per hour, with progression to higher salary point,£12.96 per hour via incremental pay rise.

About the role/team:
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking people who take pride in their work and have excellent customer service skills, who enjoy cleaning in a variety of areas.
Based at the DHL Pavilion and Lakeside Arts, main duties will include the cleaning of public areas (cafés, gallery, reception and box office, theatre, toilets, and any other circulation areas and duties allocated by the line manager/duty manager to include external toilets and providing both planned and reactive cleaning service and supporting cover with holidays, sickness and any urgent requests/inquiries assigned on the day on request.

Hours of Work:
Post 1: 14 hours per week, working 2 days out of 7 to be arranged mainly Saturday and Sunday, between the hours 8am and 4.00pm on a 52-week of the year contract basis. Flexibility will be required.
Post 2: 7 hours per week, working 2 days out of 7 to be arranged mainly Saturday and Sunday, between the hours 8am and 11.30am on a 52-week of the year contract basis. Flexibility will be required.
These are permanent positions on a rolling contract with an additional 15% pay for hours worked over the weekend.

Successful candidates will be expected to attend induction training courses which run each month, Monday to Friday on University Park Campus.
