About the role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Course Coordinator to support high-quality administration for our Undergraduate Medicine programmes. You will be the main administrative contact for your allocated courses and will manage key processes including timetabling, student allocations, attendance monitoring and curriculum updates.

As a key point of contact for students and academic staff, you will ensure clear communication and maintain up-to-date course information.
About the team
You will join a friendly and collaborative administration team within the School of Medicine’s Education Centre. We work closely with academic staff, clinical partners and professional services colleagues to deliver a high-quality experience for our medical students.
Teamwork, flexibility and knowledge-sharing are central to how we work, and you will play an active role in supporting colleagues
About you
You will be an experienced administrator with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. You will be confident working independently, using your initiative to manage tasks, resolve non- standard queries and maintain high standards of service. If you enjoy varied work, teamwork, problem-solving and supporting students and staff, we would be delighted to receive your application.
