Are you looking for a senior administration role providing executive support to the Head of School and supporting HR processes, in a fast-paced supportive team?

We are seeking an enthusiastic team member to join the School of Law Administrative, Professional and Managerial (APM) Team at the University of Nottingham. Our team provides a high level of support to all operational activity within the School. This is a great opportunity to be part of a friendly and diverse environment where you can feel welcomed.

This is a wide-ranging role, enabling you to work directly with the Head of School by providing effective and high standard professional support. You will like working in a fast-paced environment where you can demonstrate your ability to meet deadlines and manage your workload efficiently. What is the advantage? Your day will never be the same and you will be involved in a variety of tasks, diary and email management, preparation for meetings, planning travel arrangements, internal communications, coordinating arrangements for visitors and visiting scholars, etc, as well as support HR processes within the School.  The role holder will also service key meetings in the School chaired by the Head of School.

You are educated to A level (or equivalent) with some hands-on experience or can demonstrate working experience in a similar role. You will have the ability to use Microsoft Office 365 confidently and can prove your excellent IT skills.

What can we offer you?  Hybrid working arrangements with a blended approach of office and home working each week. As a University employee, you will have an excellent choice of benefits and rewards, including access to fitness and health facilities, staff discount and travel schemes, along with 26 days' holiday allowance (plus additional University closure days) and a highly attractive pension scheme.

The position is offered on a permanent basis. Hours are full time (36.25 hours per week). Job share arrangements may be considered.
