University of Nottingham Sport are seeking to appoint a passionate and motivated Inclusive Fitness Instructor who will devise, coordinate, implement and deliver a range of inclusive health and fitness-based activities to support disabled students and the wider University community.

Key responsibilities will include evaluating the current offer, expanding the inclusive health and fitness offer for disabled students, developing partnerships with stakeholders for mutual benefit and promoting the offer to enhance the experience of disabled students at University of Nottingham Sport.

Successful candidates will possess a passion for health and fitness, a good understanding and/or experience of the barriers facing disabled people in engaging in health and fitness activities and strong networking skills. Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to work proactively with a high level of initiative and be flexible with their working week, noting that some evening and weekend work will be required.

This position is offered on a fixed term basis until 31 July 2025. Hours of work are full time (36.25 hours per week); however applications are also welcome from candidates wishing to work part-time (minimum 30 hours per week).
