You will have:

  • Proven capability of Continuous Improvement delivery to at least Green belt level
  • Existing skills to deliver our service elements through training, coaching and supporting teams
  • Experience of working collaboratively through the stages of planning, delivering and completion of key initiatives
  • Flexibility to support successful achievement of local and organisational initiatives 
  • Knowledge and behaviours that enable, instruct and support our network of practitioners to strengthen organisational effectiveness and continue their personal development
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A professional approach to collaborating with colleagues of all levels 

What you will do:

You will manage your time to:

  • Oversee a diverse portfolio of initiatives, training and team growth
  • Support multiple academic and business operations teams to apply and embed Continuous Improvement methodologies
  • Deliver our key service elements with a professional and engaging attitude

Where and how you’ll work:

  • This is a fixed term, full time (36.25hrs per week) position until 31st December 2025. We encourage flexible working to enable you to manage and achieve both professional and personal growth. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in supporting and ensuring our collective success. Job share arrangements may be considered.

Requests for secondment from internal candidates may be considered on the basis that prior agreement has been sought from both your current line manager and the manager of your substantive post, if you are already undertaking a secondment role.

Interview details

Interviews will be in person at our Nottingham Campus on 28th October. Candidates will be asked to take part in a skills assessment and an in person interview lasting approximately 2 hours. Times and venues will be communicated to shortlisted applicants following our closing date of October 16th
