Salary:  £22,149 to £24,948 per annum (pro-rata if applicable) depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.

Digital & Technology Services are seeking to fill an exciting opportunity within our Service Management Team. The role will provide support for a wide variety of Software Licensing activities, including license administration and housekeeping, raising requisitions, monitoring/processing renewals, generating reports and liaising with customers and suppliers to process requests and answer simple licensing queries, as well as providing general administrative support for the wider Service Management team. 

We’re looking for an individual who is a good communicator who is organised and able to work on their own initiative within the remit of the role. You’ll need a high level of accuracy and IT skills, ideally with previous experience undertaking a similar role (i.e., IT or software licensing/administration), although training in specific applications will be provided.

This position is offered on a permanent basis. Hours of work are full-time (36.25 hours); however applications are also welcome from candidates wishing to work part-time (minimum 29 hours per week).
