            <p id="isPasted">We are currently recruiting a Research Contracts Manager (Clinical and Translational Research), within the University&rsquo;s Research &amp; Innovation department and are looking for experienced and highly- motivated applicants. The team is part of the wider Research Operations, which provides financial management, contractual, governance and application support to the University&rsquo;s research.</p><p>The Research Contracts Manager role is based within a busy, diverse and friendly Research Contracts team, working with colleagues across Research &amp; Innovation and the wider University to facilitate research and knowledge exchange activity. The Research Contracts Manager will provide specialist contractual support primarily across clinical research activities, including interventional trials, observational studies, and associated data arrangements, while also supporting translational research collaborations. The postholder will lead the negotiation and drafting of clinical trial agreements, investigator-initiated and sponsor-led studies, industry-sponsored research, and associated regulatory-dependent contracts.</p><p>You will work with other Contracts Team members and will need to build productive relationships with stakeholders to understand the research context and agree appropriate contract terms. You will need to work with other parts of Research Operations and Faculty staff to ensure a seamless support service to academic staff, funders and collaborators.             <p id="isPasted">R&amp;I are seeking a REF SPRE Manager who will play a key role in supporting the Strategy, People and Research Environment element of our institutional submission to REF2029. &nbsp;We are hoping to appoint a highly organised individual, with excellent project management skills. &nbsp;Working with the RKE Excellence Manager, they will liaise with colleagues across the University to manage the coordination and drafting of the narrative elements of both the institutional and unit level statements. &nbsp;They will also support the identification and gathering of data to feed into the quantitative elements of the submission and will be the central contact point for advice and guidance on the SPRE element of REF.
