Please confirm that you are a current contracted employee &ndash; this does not include students, casuals or agency workers.</strong></span></p><p id="isPasted">This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to support the development, promotion and delivery of a suite of Executive Education programmes (Exec Ed). Participants that enrol onto these programmes will range from aspiring managers to senior executives from national and international organisations. Working with academic and professional services across the university you will act as the first point of contact and be responsible for the coordination, implementation, and continuous improvement of a range of operational processes and activities which underpin the Exec Ed programmes to ensure participants are appropriately supported throughout their journey.  The role is varied, managing programmes, providing administrative support for a range of Exec Ed activities and processes. You will work with limited direct supervision and therefore be required to use your initiative, take personal responsibility, think analytically and creatively solve problems using interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships and work across different faculties to deliver innovative, high quality and complaint services and support.</p><p>Your duties will include management support as well as general administrative support for programmes and processes including the monitoring and resolution of participants engagement with their journey, maintaining key information for participants e.g., Moodle sites and MS teams. You will also support local activities which focus on engaging with potential participants, attending events, organising webinars and workshops including assisting with the coordination and delivery, assisting with arrangements for Exec Ed events such as welcome and induction, and communication activities.             <p id="isPasted">Are you looking for a role that underpins world-leading research and teaching, and gives you the chance to make a positive difference to the delivery of our services?&nbsp;</p><p>As Senior Operations Officer (People) you will be part of an integrated team with responsibility for the coordination, implementation, and continuous improvement of a range of operational processes and activities. With a focus on Core Operations (see below), you will work flexibly to ensure the delivery of excellent support for operations, governance and activity as part of the People function within the Business School&rsquo;s Operations and Research Team. This will include providing administrative and operational support for HR-related processes including staff, casual and academic admin role recruitment, supporting appraisal and staff development processes, updating resources, and support for other People and Culture related activities as required.</p><p>Duties will include:</p><p>&middot; Coordinate and provide administrative support for local HR-related processes.</p><p>&middot; Develop, deliver and coordinate support and activity across a range of areas ensuring an exceptional customer experience.</p><p>&middot; Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of relevant plans, policies and processes.</p><p>&middot; Provide high-level administrative support to relevant members of the School&rsquo;s senior leadership team.</p><p>&middot; Contribute to the planning, management and delivery of projects and initiatives to support School plans and priorities</p><p>You will contribute to our ambitions to enhance the support provided for world-leading teaching and research.             <p id="isPasted">Nottingham University Business School is seeking to appoint an experienced academic leader as Associate Professor in Accounting (Teaching Focused) and UG Accountancy Course Director.</p><p>This role is funded and supported by a longstanding partnership with PwC, providing dedicated funding for the programme and creating exceptional opportunities for student development, professional engagement and curriculum innovation.</p><p>As Course Director, you will provide leadership for the BSc Accountancy programme, working closely with academic colleagues, students, PwC and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). You will oversee curriculum development, student experience, quality assurance, professional accreditation and programme enhancement, ensuring the programme continues to meet the needs of students, the profession and industry. You will contribute to teaching and curriculum leadership across accounting, including the delivery and assessment of ICAEW-accredited taxation modules such as Principles of Taxation, Tax Compliance and Business Planning: Taxation.
