            <p id="isPasted">The Education and Student Experience Team in the School of Life Sciences is looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Administrator to make an important contribution to this welcoming and successful team. &nbsp;</p><p>You will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative procedures and tasks which contribute to the organisation and delivery of teaching and learning, and which support students and academic colleagues across this large and complex school. You will assist in the planning and organisation of the School&rsquo;s open days, student arrival and induction, and other events and activities to enhance the student experience. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to committee groups, and for supporting the Senior Operations Manager with financial management, purchasing goods, services and travel on behalf of teaching colleagues.</p><p>You will need excellent organisational and administrative skills and experience of managing your own workload and day to day priorities. You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and customer service, able to interact effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders. MindTech Bridge is embedded within the Digital Workstream and aims to develop new infrastructure to support the development and adoption of digital and AI mental health technologies at scale.</p><p>Working closely with the MindTech Bridge Leadership team (Prof Chris Hollis, Dr Aaron Kandola and Barnaby Perks), you will provide operational and strategic leadership to ensure the successful delivery of key elements of MindTech Bridge. A major focus of this role is leading the development, launch and management of a national consortium of NHS organisations to collectively identify, test and implement high-potential digital mental health technologies at scale. Your responsibilities will include contributing to the co-design, formalisation, and operational leadership of the consortium, as well as engaging key NHS stakeholders, planning events and workshops, and securing members.</p><p>You will support the delivery of other MindTech Bridge innovation projects, including the design of a novel emerging mental health technology and NHS demand signal monitoring system and the development of new international partnerships for UK innovators to scale and collaborate globally.</p><p>You will also act as the visible and accessible first point of contact for MindTech Bridge, promoting our activities nationally and internationally. This will include liaison with the programme funder and ensuring timely reporting on finances, outputs and deliverables. We are seeking someone with strong project management experience, excellent communication and facilitation skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain partnerships across complex systems.
