            <p id="isPasted"><strong>INTERNAL VACANCY</strong> - This vacancy is open to employees of the University of Nottingham only.</p><p><strong>About the Role &amp; Team:</strong></p><p>We are looking for an experienced and customer focused Facilities Team Leader to join our team at University Park. Main duties will include organising and supervising the Building Attendant and Cleaning Teams, inspecting the infrastructure of the buildings, reporting maintenance issues and setting up meeting rooms ensuring adequate supplies of consumables are available for teaching and conferences.&nbsp;</p><p>You will also lock and unlock designated areas of the buildings within your area of responsibility issuing and receiving keys from staff and contractors ensuring relevant policies and procedures are adhered to at all times. A large part of this role includes being the first point of contact for visitors to the area which includes dealing with large numbers of enquiries face to face, by phone and by e-mail ensuring excellent customer service is always achieved. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleaning standards within the area and will induct, train and supervise the cleaning team carrying out appraisal conversations as required.&nbsp;</p><p>Candidates should have experience of working in a similar customer facing environment and have relevant cleaning experience.             <p id="isPasted"><strong><span style="font-size: 11px;">Your role as a Water Feature Technician&nbsp;</span></strong></p><p><span style="font-size: 11px;">Based at any of our local University sites, this role will undertake work on all lakes, ponds and ornamental marginal edges, carrying out leaf collection and spraying around water features. You will also undertake water feature plant maintenance to ensure the correct operation of water treatment, filtration and pump equipment to include the safe isolation of water pipes and electrical units within the plant pits.
