            <p id="isPasted"><strong>About the Role/Team</strong></p><p>We are looking for an experienced and customer focused Housekeeping Supervisor to join the Halls Management Team on University Park.</p><p>Working within the Halls Management Team you will be responsible for managing large teams of Housekeeping Assistants and overseeing the day to day running of the Halls Housekeeping/cleaning function.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Main duties will include staff management, monitoring and maintaining cleaning standards in bedrooms and public spaces, identifying areas for service improvement and all aspects of line managing a team of direct reports. You will also order and maintain linen, chemical and equipment stock levels and monitor the care of equipment within the unit.&nbsp;</p><p>Candidates should be customer focused, have some previous staff supervision or management experience and work experience gained within a similar role at a similar level. Candidates must also be able to demonstrate an excellent knowledge of industry recognised cleaning techniques and have experience of stock management.&nbsp;</p><p id="isPasted">Further details regarding the duties for this post can be found on the attached job role profile.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Hours of work&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>36.25 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 to be arranged. As a Supervisor, you will lead by example, guiding your team to deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining the security, safety, and daily maintenance of the buildings.
