Every lecture, seminar, and room booking depends on the work our team delivers, and these roles are key to making that happen.</p><p>As a Timetabling Administrator, you&#39;ll be the first point of contact for students, academics, and professional services colleagues seeking support with timetabling queries and room bookings. You&#39;ll work within established processes while building real expertise in our systems and services, and you&#39;ll play an essential part in a team that are quality driven.</p><p>This is a part-time role (21.75 hours) and will be offered on a fixed term contract for a period of 18 months.&nbsp;</p><p>Work typically takes place Monday to Friday, 09:00&ndash;17:00, with a blend of on-campus team and remote working. The focus of your role will be delivering a high-quality service to support students throughout their time at the university.&nbsp;</p><p>You will provide support to students on live chat, on our enquiry management system, or in person, depending on what the student needs.&nbsp;</p><p>As a member of our Customer Service team, you will be motivated to deliver high standards of service.
