            <p id="isPasted"><strong><strong id="isPasted"><span style="font-size: 18px;">INTERNAL VACANCY</span></strong><br>This vacancy is open to employees of the University of Nottingham only.<br></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>The role</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>We are seeking a talented and proactive Pathway Liaison Manager to lead key partnerships between the University and its pathway partners, including managing operational relationships with Kaplan/the University of Nottingham International College (UNIC), and the University&rsquo;s international sponsor network.&nbsp;</p><p id="isPasted">This is a high-impact role that sits at the heart of our international strategy, focused on maximising student progression from pathway programmes into undergraduate and postgraduate study, ensuring a high-quality, seamless transition for international students.&nbsp;</p><p>Working closely with academic schools and professional services, you will drive performance through data-led insights, develop new progression opportunities, monitor performance data, and implement strategies to improve conversion and student success.</p><p>The role will manage the broader pathway provider relations and recruitment, which entails overseeing areas such as student recruitment activities, academic performance reviews, and relationship stewardship with various provider organisations.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>About the team</strong></p><p>You will join the Pathway Partnerships team within the Student Recruitment team, External Relations; a collaborative and forward-thinking department focused on growing the University&rsquo;s international student recruitment.&nbsp;</p><p>The team works closely with academic departments, marketing and recruitment colleagues, and international partners worldwide. We are committed to innovation, data-informed decision-making, and delivering an excellent experience for international students from enquiry through to enrolment and beyond.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>About you</strong></p><p>We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven professional with experience in international education or partnership management.&nbsp;</p><p id="isPasted">You will bring:</p><ul><li>Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills</li><li>Experience in international student recruitment, pathway programmes, or similar&nbsp;</li><li>The ability to analyse and interpret data to inform decision-making</li><li>Excellent organisation and project management skills</li><li>A sound understanding of UK higher education and quality assurance frameworks&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>You will be confident working across diverse teams and cultures, with the ability to influence, negotiate and drive initiatives forward.
