Salary:  £18,189 to £21,414 per annum (pro-rata if applicable) depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.

Lakeside Arts is seeking an individual who is passionate about working in the arts to join our dynamic marketing team to help maximise audiences, meet income targets, encourage access, and increase the profile of Lakeside.

The successful candidate will support the development and delivery of marketing, sales and communications campaigns across Lakeside’s multi-art form and museum brief; creating digital content for online dissemination; updating Lakeside’s website and social media channels; production of printed publicity materials; and delivery of administrative duties, including maintaining Lakeside’s marketing schedules; leading on smaller projects as required.

Based on University Park Campus, next to Highfields Park, Lakeside Arts is the University of Nottingham’s public arts programme, which attracted more than 205,000 engagements last year. Our multi-art form venues include the Djanogly Theatre, Gallery, and Recital Hall, the University of Nottingham Museum, the Weston and Wallner Galleries, artist studios, two cafés, and a shop filled with unique and beautiful gifts.

The Marketing and Digital Assistant is expected to attend Lakeside events on a regular basis therefore some evening and weekend work is required. No overtime will be payable, although the post holder may take time off in lieu in agreement with their line manager.

This role is available on a permanent basis. Hours of work are full time (36.25 hours). Job share arrangements may be considered.
