            <p id="isPasted"><strong>INTERNAL VACANCY</strong></p><p><strong>This vacancy is open to employees of the University of Nottingham only.</strong></p><p id="isPasted">This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work alongside staff and students to improve the student experience and support education administration. &nbsp;The role is varied, providing administrative support for a range of education and student experience activities and processes. You will work alongside our Faculty Education and Student Experience Senior Administrators, academic staff, and in liaison with Professional Service departments.&nbsp;</p><p>Your duties will include general administrative support for programme and student engagement processes including the monitoring and resolution of students&rsquo; engagement with their studies, maintaining key information for students e.g., Moodle sites and handbooks. You will also support local activities which focus on engaging with our students, building community, and improving their experience, including assisting with the coordination and servicing of Student Staff Forums (student feedback groups), assisting with arrangements for student events such as welcome and induction, and local student communications. You will assist where required with projects supporting the education and student experience elements of the Faculty&rsquo;s Strategic Plan. You will work closely with the wider Faculty Education and Student Experience team, as well as wider School administrative staff and academic colleagues. &nbsp;</p><p>You will need good interpersonal skills, work well in a team, be organised, flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced and varied environment. &nbsp;As someone who learns quickly, is proactive and self-motivated with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, you will help drive forward improvements and deliver excellent service. &nbsp;</p><p><strong>What we offer</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>A friendly, diverse, and supportive working environment</li><li>A hybrid working arrangement with the blended approach of home and office working each week</li><li>Generous holiday entitlement of 27 days (or pro rata) plus standard bank holidays and five university closure days including closure between Christmas and New Year.</li><li>We are committed to staff development through the provision of training, continued support, and career progression opportunities</li><li>You will have access to a range of benefits and rewards, including fitness and health facilities, staff discounts, travel schemes and many more.
