            <p id="isPasted">Are you an experienced and proactive leader with a passion for customer service and team development?&nbsp;</p><p>We are looking for a Porter &amp; Building Attendant Supervisor to manage and support our dedicated teams across our Nottingham sites. In this role, you will oversee a team of Porter &amp; Building Attendants, ensuring the highest standards of safety, service, and student experience in our Halls of Residence. As a Supervisor, you will lead by example, guiding your team to deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining the security, safety, and daily maintenance of the buildings. If you&rsquo;re a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.</p><p><strong>The role will include:</strong></p><p>- Leading and developing the team</p><p>- Allocating resources.</p><p>- Delivering training, team briefs and staff meetings.</p><p>- Monitoring performance and standards</p><p>- Helping us improve working practices and systems of working</p><p>- Providing a reactive service across our locations</p><p>The successful candidate will need to be enthusiastic, positive, have a keen eye for detail and be willing and able to step in and help deliver our Porter and Building Attendant Halls services as and when required.</p><p>Due to the frequency that you will travel around University sites a full, current driving license with UK entitlements is essential for this post. Unsocial hours worked between 10pm and 6am or hours worked on a Saturday / Sunday attract a 15% additional payment. As a member of our team, you will have a positive and energetic approach and be a colleague that the team looks forward to working with and building strong relationships with others to accomplish tasks and shared goals.&nbsp;</p><p>Your role will be full of variety, and at times physically demanding, working in and around our halls of residence and other properties managed by us. You will be working directly with students, visitors, and staff. Your outstanding customer service skills are key to the team&#39;s success. As a member of our team, you will have a positive and energetic approach and be a colleague that the team look forward to working with and building strong relationships with others to accomplish tasks and shared goals.&nbsp;</p><p>Working within our Halls of Residence at University Park Campus, main duties will include the cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms and other public areas including all touch points to a high standard providing excellent customer service at all times.&nbsp;</p><p>Tasks will involve the manipulation of furniture, making beds and the removal of rubbish in a working environment which can be demanding. &nbsp;Previous cleaning experience and ability to work independently and as part of a team is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.</p><p id="isPasted"><strong>Posts Available:&nbsp;</strong>15.5 or 16 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 to be arranged to include regular weekends working between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm.
