Further information surrounding the work we do; our teams and our mission and goal is available here. </p><p>What will you be doing?</p><p>As administrator, you will follow established processes to provide high quality support to students and academics across the University. Please see the job description / role profile form for further details of the activities you will undertake.</p><p>What qualities are we looking for?</p><ul><li>Enthusiastic and self-motivated</li><li>Excellent organisation and accuracy skills</li><li>Collaborative team worker but is also able to work independently</li></ul><p>Our team:</p><p>As part of the Graduation team, the focus of your role will be delivering a high-quality service to support students during the final part of their student journey at the University of Nottingham, from being invited to graduation through to conferring their degree and getting their certificate.</p><p>You will provide cover across a range of services, which will include you support students on our CRM system, on the telephone and in person, depending on what the student needs. </p><p>As a member of our Customer Service team, you will be motivated to deliver high standards of service.</p><p>We are looking for someone who:  </p><p>&middot; Enjoys working as part of a team  </p><p>&middot; Has a customer focussed approach  </p><p>&middot; Likes solving problems and finding solutions  </p><p>&middot; Is confident finding information from a variety of sources, such as the university&rsquo;s website </p><p>&middot; Will quickly become an expert on key services, seeking out and sharing best practice  </p><p>&middot; Can communicate confidently  </p><p>&middot; Is proactive and has the ability to think on their feet </p><p>This role will support with student enquiries and administrative activities relating to graduation and student voice activity. Our vacancies are permanent, full- time posts (36.25 hours); however, applications from candidates wishing to work less than full time (to a minimum of 29 hours per week) will be considered.
