We provide essential support throughout the admissions cycle, including:</p><ul><li>Enquiry handling across multiple channels (telephone, email, live chat, online forms and WhatsApp)</li><li>Interview and assessment coordination for Schools across the University</li><li>Conversion activity support, including pre-application and post-offer engagement</li></ul><p><strong>As an Administrator within the FSC, you will:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide timely, accurate and friendly responses to prospective students, parents, teachers and other stakeholders</li><li>Support the University&rsquo;s admissions processes by delivering high-quality administrative services</li><li>Co-ordinate and assist with University-wide and School/Department level recruitment interviews and assessments.</li><li>Work collaboratively with other teams across the University to deliver proactive campaigns, recruiting the very best students for the University.</li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p>The successful candidate will have:</p><ul><li>Excellent customer service skills and experience in a customer-focused environment</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Good IT literacy, including confidence using databases and Microsoft tools</li><li>The ability to prioritise workloads and work well within a team</li><li>A positive, proactive approach to service delivery and continuous improvement</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Information</strong></p><ul><li>This role is full-time (36.25 hours) and fixed term for 11 months</li><li>Hybrid working is currently in place: a minimum of 2 days per week on campus, with remote working for the remainder (subject to operational requirements and future review)</li><li>Some evening and weekend working is required, including a minimum of four Saturdays per year to support recruitment events (with paid overtime or TOIL)</li><li>Restrictions may apply to annual leave during the Confirmation &amp; Clearing period (August)</li><li>The role is subject to a six-month probation period</li></ul><p>Informal enquiries may be addressed to Laura Durnell, email: Laura.Durnell@nottingham.ac.uk.
