We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our Continuing Education Team in the School of Health Sciences. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of our expanding portfolio of post-registration healthcare education programmes and help ensure an outstanding learner experience from admission through to graduation.

As a Continuing Education Officer, you will support the operational delivery of the School’s apprenticeship, postgraduate taught (PGT), and continuing professional development (CPD) programmes. Working with a high degree of autonomy, initiative, and personal responsibility, you will contribute to the development and continuous improvement of processes that underpin our growing portfolio.

Using your excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills, you will work collaboratively within an established team to:

· Develop and maintain spreadsheets, databases, webpages, and SharePoint sites

· Produce reports and prepare data

· Support the planning and delivery of clinical skills training and assessments

· Organise meetings and events

· Liaise with learners, employers, funders, and academic colleagues throughout the learner journey

· Ensure compliance with Professional, Statutory and Regulatory Body (PSRB) requirements

· Support funding, contracting, and financial processes
