Club Rules Agreement

  • Room hire is £25 (if bar is required) £10 per hour max 5 hours after that £50 for the day (bar closed) and must be paid in advance four weeks before the function, cancellation less than 7 days is non-refundable.
  • Bar staff must be paid one week before the function taking place (National Minimum Wage applies):
    • One Bar staff for up to 39 people
    • Two Bar Staff for 40-65 people
    • Three Bar staff for 65-80 people
  • There will be a charge for any damage or other charges which are incurred by the club as a result of the function.
  • A £100 cash-returnable deposit is required when booking, please contact the club on 0115 951 3652 within opening hours to arrange payment. An online booking without payment will not secure the room hire. Any function taking place in the club or annexe will be the responsibility of the person who has made the booking.
  • The room must be vacated 30 minutes after the bar closes.
  • All music entertainment etc must cease 20 minutes after the bar has closed and statutory drinking-up time is observed.
  • The sale of alcoholic refreshments will only be permitted as laid down in the club's licence (until 11.00 pm).
  • No consumption of own drink without prior consent from bar manager or secretary.
