Club Rules Agreement*

I hereby agree in consideration of being admitted as a member of the club and of being permitted to make use of the club. I shall comply with all the club rules.
I shall fully indemnify the club in respect of any penalties, damages, expenses, liability or legal costs, which may be suffered or incurred by the club inconsequence of any proceedings, claims or demands of whatever nature brought or made at any time after I shall have become a member of the club by any person arising out of or in connection with my membership of the club or my use of the club.
